While we strive to partner with reputable suppliers, CLARA BICAS CURATED TRAVEL, LLC is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, overbookings, or strikes that may affect your travel.

3. Pricing and Availability

All quotes provided are subject to change and availability until a booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment. Suppliers reserve the right to increase prices (including fuel surcharges or government-imposed taxes) without notice until the final payment is processed.

4. Travel Insurance Disclosure
